Share Your Requirements

Send me your existing presentation or PDF, brand guidelines if you have them, and notes on what needs improvement, layout, visuals, clarity, messaging. No brand guide? No problem. I'll create a direction from scratch.

Review the Initial Concept

I'll review your content and create 1–2 sample redesigns to confirm the new style and layout direction. This way we're aligned before I invest time in the full deck. No surprises, no wasted rounds.

03.

Full Design & Refinement

Once the concept is approved, I design all slides to ensure visual consistency, clarity, and brand alignment. Every detail gets attention, typography, hierarchy, spacing, flow.

04.

Final Delivery

You receive the fully redesigned, editable PowerPoint file (PPTX + PDF) and can request your included revision rounds. By the time you open your laptop, your presentation is ready.

How long does a project take?

• Slide polish: 1-2 days
• Pitch deck: 3-5 days
• Full template: 5-7 days
• Rush delivery available upon request

What software do you work with?

Primarily PowerPoint, but I also work with Keynote and Canva. You'll receive fully editable source files plus a PDF.

Do you work across time zones?

Absolutely. It's one of my strengths. Most of my clients are international. I work flexible hours so your deck is often ready when you start your day.

What's your revision policy?

I always share a first draft for alignment before completing the full design. This way we rarely need many changes, but 1-3 revision rounds are included depending on the project scope.

How do you communicate during a project?

I keep it simple and efficient. You'll get updates at key milestones, and I'm available by email for questions. No unnecessary meetings, just clear and timely communication.

What happens after project completion? Do you offer ongoing support?

After delivery, I'm happy to answer questions about the files or make small adjustments. For ongoing needs like updates or new decks, we can discuss a retainer or a new project scope.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes, absolutely. I understand the sensitive nature of pitch decks and business presentations. I'm happy to sign an NDA before the project begins if needed.
